
You can't get any easier than this when it comes to making bread. It's just a matter of mixing everything together, proofing, and baking!
Equipment
- 1 Loaf pan
- 1 Mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 750 g all purpose flour
- 600 ml lukewarm water
- 7.5 g yeast
- 1 tbsp wheat bran
- 15 g sugar
- 15 g salt
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp mixed seeds
- extra seeds to sprinkle
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until combined.
- Place the dough in a loaf pan and preheat your oven to 190°C.
- The dough should be proofed until it has tripled in size. (About 2 hours)
- Sprinkle the top with extra seeds.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius.
- Rest the bread for 20 minutes before digging in.
