You can't get any easier than this when it comes to making bread. It's just a matter of mixing everything together, proofing, and baking!

Equipment

  • 1 Loaf pan
  • 1 Mixing bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 750 g all purpose flour
  • 600 ml lukewarm water
  • 7.5 g yeast
  • 1 tbsp wheat bran
  • 15 g sugar
  • 15 g salt
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 2 tbsp mixed seeds
  • extra seeds to sprinkle

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until combined.
  • Place the dough in a loaf pan and preheat your oven to 190°C.
  • The dough should be proofed until it has tripled in size. (About 2 hours)
  • Sprinkle the top with extra seeds.
  • Bake for 40 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius.
  • Rest the bread for 20 minutes before digging in.
